Terms Of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to The Clinical Edge RN. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
 
2. Eligibility
Access to our platform is restricted to individuals who are currently licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) or actively enrolled in an accredited nursing program. You confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement by using the platform.
 
3. Description of Services
The Clinical Edge RN provides educational demonstrations of clinical nursing skills. While content is designed to improve clinical understanding, we do not certify, authorize, or grant permission for you to perform any clinical skills without the necessary hospital or institutional certifications, skill pass-offs, or completion of official training checklists. We are not liable for any harm or damage caused by actions taken outside your scope of practice or without appropriate authorization.
 
4. Sensitive Content
Some demonstrations involve live patients and may include nudity and anatomical/reproductive content for educational purposes. Content may not be used for pornographic, sexualized, or other inappropriate purposes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination.
 

5. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:
– One month: $39.99 (non-renewing)
– Three months: $29.99/month, billed as $89.99 total (non-renewing)
– Six months: $19.99/month, billed as $119.99 total (non-renewing)

Subscriptions end automatically at the conclusion of the term. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription.

6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Sharing login credentials or account content will result in account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials on The Clinical Edge RN are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Endorsements
We may endorse, validate, or promote a company, product or service mentioned in our content.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Clinical Edge RN, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Limitations of Liability
The Clinical Edge RN is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with us. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in the state of Utah, USA, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you access the platform from outside Utah or the USA, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
